This vacation rental offers great convenience to your summer mountain visit or your winter ski vacation. With a contemporary design, this newly constructed premier property is a short walk to the Zephyr Express lift. These units feature amazing furnishings with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, with a great view of the slopes. This beautiful condo sleeps four with a nice king size bed and a queen from the pull out couch. This condo is a non-smoking unit and is equipped with a gas grill on the private deck. There are two TVs in the unit, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with satellite TV. There are common area hot tubs also available for use in the courtyard. This property provides private covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator for your convenience. Check-in is located at 78884 US Hwy 40, Winter Park, CO 80482. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.

We really enjoyed our stay in our condo. It was clean, new and has great furniture.Our unit was very close to the hot tub area, so it is a quick walk on cold nights. The mountain view is beautiful, and the ski area is so close - a very convenient location!

This was our 5th trip to Winter Park and we had a great time again. We always enjoy the ski slopes and the perfect weather. Close walk ot the slopes which we really enjoyed. The condo was very nice, along with the outdoor hot tub located right out our door.
