OVER ALL OUR TRIP TO KINGSCREEK WAS LOVELY.I AGREE THE SOFAS NEED TO BE REPLACE.IT WAS PLENTY OF ROOM,MORE THEN ENOUGH.GRANDKIDS ENJOY ED THE POOL.
