Thin Walls
The walls are so thin and poorly insulated that you could even hear conversations taking place in other units even with the tv on. Its too bad, it was such a nice place but Id hate to be rooming near a family with young children, youd never get any sleep.

Love Kings Creek!
Although I wasn't looking forward to visiting Williamsburg because there was nothing in the area that particularly interested me to do, my time at Kings Creek was amazing! It made the whole trip for me. I love the pool. I don know what it was about the water, but I could have swam in it all day. Maybe it was just because I didn't feel like doing anything else. It was my vacation too so I just did what I wanted. I had a good time because of everything that the unit provided. It was big and clean and made me feel relaxed.

We Keep Coming Back
My family come to Kings Creek every year because we enjoy Williamsburg and the surrounding area so much. We bring our extended family too and we all think that KCP is the best place. Every family member looks forward in anticipation of our annual week here. We normally book two of the lovely cottages so everyone has plenty of space. The only negative thing Id say is that the sofas need replacing and fast. We are truly grateful for the opportunity of buying our time share at KCP. I know we made the best choice of those presented to us. We are truly blessed.

Charming and So Relaxed
My family and I stayed in a 4 Bedroom and 3 Kitchen unit on Dakota Drive at the Estates, the most recent addition to Kings Creek. We were rather surprised at the quality of the design, which is missing from other locations. There are jet tubs in the master bedrooms and paintings, all adding to the relaxing ambience. The unit was big enough for us all to do our own thing and have family fun too. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances and the working tops are made from granite. The décor and furnishings are all to a high standard. Its a woodland setting and the children could play outside in safety. The fountain there is lit up at night. Weve stayed in many hotels in Williamsburg and we prefer this to one of the chains, and the price is very competitive. I would recommend this to visitors to the area.

Fantastic Time
My family of 2 adults and three children had a break in November 2008 in a 2 Bedroom townhouse unit, the bedrooms being on the upper floor. The unit has been well looked after and it was clean. The kitchen was a galley design and we had plenty of space with our eldest sleeping on a made up bed in the living area. Our favorite feature was the pool because it was always very warm and we were the only ones using it. My children haven't learned to swim yet and it was safe for them to go in the shallow end, which was a lot of fun for them. We also relaxed in the indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. We are very impatient to return!

great place
We rented three connected condos for our entire family. Everyone was pleased with their unit, and we found the location to be very convenient for Busch Gardens, Water Country and Williamsburg. We would all like to come back and stay at the same facility in the future. The economy is the only reason we aren't coming back this year. Hope to make it next year.

Fabulous.
Kings Creek Plantations was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and courteous and got the item that we needed immediatly. The room was also good. My family had the space that we needed for the stay and it was nice to have a place with a kitchen and washer and dryer. The pools are nice and the grills outside each unit is also a plus. You do have to drive about 10-15 minutes to get to town to find a place to eat, but that also meant that the area was quiet. We will defintely stay again in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

So intriguing and engaging
The craftsmen ship on the newer section of Kings Creek that we stayed in was so charming. Intricate and not something that you see all the time. All the detail was such a pleasant surprise. We had four bedrooms and three kitchens on Dakota Drive. We got privacy and plenty of room to relax. The accomindations had beautifully hung paintings on the wall which added to the serenity. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Granite countertops. Its a quite neighborhood so the children got to play without worry of a lot of traffic.

Two thumbs up!
Stayed for a week with my family of 5. Our two bedroom townhouse was spacious and had two levels. Evreything was in good condition. Clean. A galley-type kitchen with all the necessary appliances. My eleven year old slept on a pull out couch in the livingroom. Everyone was comfortable. The highlight was the pool that was super heated, probably about 90 degrees. We like it like that so we spent a lot of the time just relaxing in the water. It was empty too, so we got to enjoy it and keep a close eye on the kids. Great to have such a shallow section that was only 2 feet deep

Our annual trip
Fans of the Williamsburg area should try out Kings Creek. Its the perfect place to stay and where we choose to go each year. We meet up with our extended family and everyone looks forward to the time each year when we get to see each other for a week. We all love the cottages. We get two units because the price works out that way and we like the space. If the sofas could be replaced everything would be spotless. They are getting a little old. We are so happy that we know about KCP and tell everyone to come here.

Plan a trip with a large group
Our two bedroom apartment allowed our teenage boys to have their own room, TV and bathroom. Our daughter slept on the fold out sofa. The ground floor had a kitchen and family room and then the two bedrooms were down some stairs. The kitchen was really complete. Made me feel right at home like I could stay there for a long time. Would happily go back again and recommend this type of unit to anyone traveling to the area. Don't cram a family of 5 into a hotel room when you can get a space like this at such a good price.
