Vail International Condominiums

This was the least inexpensive place that I could find for a really last minute stay, I just needed someplace to sleep. After I booked my room I got back in touch with an old friend that lives near by and ended up being able to stay with him. Since I had already paid for the room we made sure to spend some time in it as well, just to hang out. It was close to the mountain and was easier to park by the condo rather than in the normal parking lot where other travelers have to park their cars. The property is very big and full of rooms.

I had a week stay here with 6 other friends and were still talking about how much fun we had. Everyone liked the accommodations and everyone liked Vail in general. Not all of us had been here before but it was all a new experience for us to stay at a condo rather than a hotel and we were happy with the experience. We got so much more room. It never felt crowded. We ate meals at the condo most nights and loved the kitchen/dining room/living room area. Everything in the kitchen worked properly. We had 3 bedrooms and then 2 loft bedrooms. The bathrooms were big and clean. Was a great value and the right amount of space for a medium size group.

If you stay at the Vail International expect a VERY friendly staff that is ready to make your condo your own little place. Its not A condo. Its YOUR condo. You will not be disappointed. Don and Snowden do everything that you can to help you out and make sure that you get the most out of your trip. Ive always always loved the hot tub. Not every property keeps theirs as nice as Vail International goes. Make sure to try it. There is nothing that I dont like about it so If I were you Id get on the phone or get online and make sure to reserve your own condo.

I call this place a deal because most of the units have been updated throughout the years. Ive stayed at other condos for the same price but they have old furnishings or dingy carpet. They don't want you to be turned off by any of their amenities here as a gross old coffee maker might do to some people. The price is also affordable because you are in walking distance to the chairlifts. That's what most people come to Vail to do ---ski--- so these condos give you direct access to that. Nothing too luxurious but it does the trick for a ski tri.

We rented a two bedroom at Vail Interntional because we liked the location near the ski lifts. Its also near an ice skating rink and a parking lot. 5 adults stayed in this two bedroom. One had a king sized bed and the other had two queen sized bed. The room with the queen beds had an attached bathroom, but the king sized bedroom had a small bathroom down the hall. We could walk to the gondola and the lifts and discovered the pool and hot tub when we were talking around the property. The hot tub is large. Our equipment was rented from Preformance Sports and it was convenient. We just left it there at the end of each day so that we didn't have to bring it back to our condo.
