Summer Winds Condominiums are the perfect place for families looking to enjoy the beach away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Enjoy ocean breezes and easy beach access. Guests are free to use the YMCA across the street. This is a smoke free property. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of reservation. There is a USD 35 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer.

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Very quiet. Enjoyed the place. The only thing I was disappointed in was their idea of ocean view. I don't think looking to the side of some building in front of me as an ocean view.

I rented 2 rentals at the same location and both locations were extremely nice and we had a very nice time and stay.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of room to move around. Decently priced if you don't mind some of the rooms having a view of the parking lot. However, it is still right on the beach. A minute walk and your there.
