The Ranch at Steamboat Overview
The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location supplies privacy plus spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary private shuttle service during the winter months will transport you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. On property there is a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, mens and ladies saunas and four outdoor tennis courts. Cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays. 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom - USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for 3 or more night stays. Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Dr., Steamboat Springs. In lieu of the USD 250.00 authorization hold on a credit card at check-in as a security deposit, guests have the option to buy Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00 for a one time fee of USD 29.00.

We recommend The Ranch and if you want somewhere nice but affordable, this is the place. It’s less expensive than being on the mountain and it’s near enough to the slopes, particularly as the shuttle is very regular during the day and you can call it up.

We have stayed at the Ranch a few times because we just love it. It is peaceful here, away from the hustle and bustle of the village, which suits us fine. The rooms are spacious and comfy. What a find!

We had a great view of the slopes from our unit and we were near the hot tub. The staff keep everything clean and we really enjoyed our stay. You don’t really need a vehicle because the shuttle was very efficient with nice drivers and you can get to anywhere with them.
