The Ptarmigan Inn Overview
The Ptarmigan Inn located in Steamboat Springs is the coziest true ski-in, ski-out hotel in the winter. In the summer, it is the perfect place for rest and relaxation or invigorating mountain biking on Mt. Werner just out our back door. For any visit to Steamboat, you will find genuine, warm hospitality at The Ptarmigan. During ski season there is a restaurant and lounge on-site serving three meals and Apres Ski Happy Hour daily. There is a USD 20.00 fee per stay, payable directly to the hotel. Parking for trailers and/or oversized vehicles is not available at the Ptarmigan Inn.

I stayed here while my daughter was running a marathon in town. It had everything that I needed and I was very comfortable during my time at Ptarmigan. It was great to see my daughter and the pretty town. I would recommend that you check out the free shuttle bus times upon arrival. It will take y...

This was truly a perfect vacation. It was located right at the base of the mountain on the slopes so we didn't need to know anything about the location to go get some snow.
