The Phoenix at Steamboat

The Phoenix at Steamboat is located just a block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way. These Steamboat Springs condominiums are beautifully furnished and offer floor plans from spacious four bedroom layouts to smaller, elegant two bedroom condominiums. The clubhouse at The Phoenix even features a large screen movie theater. Considered one the finest locations in Steamboat Colorado for families, ski clubs/groups, reunions or business retreats. The Phoenix is close to all that the Steamboat Ski Area has to offer. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive, suite 100. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
