Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00.
