Purple Parrot Village Resort

Needless worry. Unit 13AD was a perfect vacation placae for us. Renting something for six weeks site unseen seemed risky. It was not. Manager JD and Clancy were so helpful. We cannot state enough how important they are to the Purple Parrot. We appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. , exercise room and Tiki bar and I enjoyed hearing the music from the Tiki bar. In 13AD , yes , you could hear it in the distance but it was not bothersome and almost soothing at times.. We liked the fact guests came in all ages. We have traveled for several years in the South during harsh Minnesota March weather and stayed many places that catered mostly to old people like us so this was refreshing. The Purple Parrot was my favorite place. Parking was so easy, our unit was sparkly clean, nicely decorated, kind size bed, and close to everything at the resort...I am spreading the word back home in hopes that maybe a few our friends would join us there some time because that would make it extra nice for us...and we think for them also.;;;;;We stayed at the Purple Parrot March 1- April 13.

The staff was great-we only met J.D. He treated us like family. The condo was beautiful as well as comfortable. it felt like home. A great place to take your kids or just. get away from everything. No noise- we really enjoyed it and plan to go back!!
