Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. The front desk is open from 9am-5pm daily. Daily housekeeping is available between 9am-5pm.

nice stay
Tide water was a very nice stay for us, the location was perfect and the room made us feel as if we were home. We will be back.

Nice But Also Needs Work
the location and resort was very good but the condo itself needed work and this is a fairly new complex. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the cabinet. We had to call maintance to get it fixed
