Regency Towers amenities include two 25,000 gallon pools- one heated year-round- one of the biggest kiddie pools on the beach, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, his/hers exercise rooms, dry saunas and more. Our 24 hour secured complex also offers additional parking for boats, campers and motorcycle trailers for the special events that keep families coming back to Panama City Beach year after year. Our poolside whirlpool/spas are also a great feature for those who want to relax in a quiet, temperature controlled environment away from it all. Indulge in our delicious poolside snack bar that offers anything from hamburgers and sandwiches to beer and wine. The conference/banquet room will hold up to 100 people for meetings or private parties. Enjoy fun-filled family activities such as karaoke down on the sun deck. The Beach service provides lounge chair and umbrella rentals as well as dolphin tours, banana boat rides, para sail rides, and wave runner rentals. Regency Towers is also walking distance to the Bay Town Trolley, which allows you to venture to almost any shopping/dining/entertainment spot in the Panama City Beach and Panama City area. We have some of the largest 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom units on the Gulf Coast. Our fully equipped units include 2 and 3 full baths, washers/dryers, fully stocked kitchens, large living room/dining room combinations, master bedrooms that open up to a private gulf-front balcony and more. We are close to gourmet seafood restaurants, golf courses, deep sea fishing, world class entertainment and more. Must be 25 or older to check in. A USD 100 damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in from any guest under 25. The fee is refundable at check-out in the form of a check upon inspection of the unit. Guests over 25 are exempt.
