Our beaches are open and ready for business, in spite of the oil spill. However, in the event of a closure, we are offering you these options- our beaches are open, or your stay is FREE. If the beach behind your chosen property is closed due to anything related to the oil event, we will pay for your stay that day. Through July 31st if you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at 1-888-828-6745. And the best part- it will not cost you a dime. Now through July 31st, should you need to depart due to a governmental agency closing the beach concerning oil-related issues, we will give you a USD 200 rebate for any future vacation within 12 months of the reservation creation date. The Grandview Condominium is in the center of all the hot spots and in one of the most beautiful and serene sections of Panama City Beach. With a minimum of 1,492 square feet of living space, the choices at Grandview afford you both luxury and space with layouts suitable for any need. Comprised of two towers, the east with 17 floors, and the west with 10, the views at Grandview are unobstructed and breathtaking. Whether for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, you will find enough space with the best views of the Gulf of Mexico around. The spacious units at Grandview are both inviting and functional. Whip up a meal in the beautiful gourmet kitchens, equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. After a long day at the beach, relax in the Jacuzzi tub located in the master bathroom. As if the rooms and the view were not enough, every unit comes with complimentary beach service daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If guest does not meet age requirement then guest will not be permitted to go further onto property. Guests will also be asked to pay cleaning fee and security deposit before room keys will be given out.
