No other place to stay in the Springs
Ive been coming here since I was a little girl in the 70s. Now that I have my own children I wanted to keep the tradition that my father started over 30 years ago alive by bringing them here as well. As you can tell the resort has been here a long time but its in such good shape. Its clean and it feels like a home. There are separate rooms and a separate kitchen. Even though its on a resort property like a hotel, its more of like a condo or apartment. Wouldn you rather have that for the price of a hotel? My kids really enjoy the time that they spend here. They love the pool.

A fine visit
The staff was so friendly and helpful that it made The Plaza a fine place to visit. We had one maintenance issue that was resolved quickly and everyone there was so eager to help us. We got so much attention from the staff like we were a regular guest. Makes me want to be one! Great place. The resort has two pools and spas and gives you a spa robe during your time there. The unit that we got was a studio apartment with a kitchen and plenty of room. It faced the golf court and the mountains so we had a lovely view. Palm Springs has so many activities for visitors, but staying here really made our trip even better.

Tidy and convenient
I wasn't familiar at all with The Plaza when I booked my stay but the price was good. Then I read some negative reviews elsewhere and was a little apprehensive about trying it out. Almost cancelled but decided that it wouldn't be the worst thing. When I got there it was clean, nicely furnished and everyone was nice and helpful. Who knows if those reviews were outdated or The Plaza shaped up. Either way it was a great place to stay on vacation. Its as quiet property with private rooms. You didn't hear anything outside once you were in your room. The lobby has a big screen TV and overlooks one of the pools. Its not exactly luxurious but its nice enough and I would return.

Satisfied couple
Took my wife here and she was thrilled. At first you wonder why there are two pools, but then you realize that some have more shade than others, more splashing, more people. You can choose which one you like. Our bed was comfortable in our unit and we had a lot of space. The staff was friendly and it was weird to have a staff to help you when you really feel like you are staying in someone elses home. But of course it was nice. When we get another vacation Id like to stay here again and maybe try golf since our room overlooked the bright green golf course.

peaceful but eventful
We had so much fun here!! Its obvious that it is an older building but all that mattered to us was that it was clean. The quiet pool was our favorite part. If you want more excitement you can just go into town. There are shops and restaurants and cute little areas to walk around and explore everything. There are a lot of little art galleries. When you get back to your unit you have so much space to spread out in. We loved having our own kitchen even if we didn cook. The extra space was just nice. Stay here and see what I mean!
