Guests can see the beautiful sunsets of Perdido Key from the Caribbean-Style Villa Condo located in the luxury, gated community, Purple Parrot Village Resort. You and your family are invited to come and enjoy the beautifully renovated villa cottage of the resort. The villa cottages offer a comfortable, tropical decor, which will set the mood for an exciting and relaxing vacation. This tropical resort features 114 unique Caribbean-Style villa cottages with all your personal use amenities. This is not a high-rise condo. It is your very own villa cottage located in a gated community, surrounding a 5000 square foot tropical oasis swimming pool with a waterfall cave. The pool-side Purple Parrot Tiki Bar is also available for your pleasure and features an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, along with a fitness center with all new workout equipment. One of the nicest features of our Caribbean-Style community is that the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are two minutes away. Age Requirements- Guests under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to P.K.R.M.. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No house parties. Please note that, as each property is privately owned, upon arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement. For cancellations due to the Oil Spill- 100 percent of the booking cost will be refunded in full if cancelling in relation to the oil spill within 3 weeks of the arrival date. However, guest name, phone number and e-mail address must be provided in order for a cancellation to be processed. Cancellations beyond 3 weeks prior to the check in date will have a USD 50 early cancellation fee. Non-Oil Spill related cancellations will have the regular cancellation policy upheld.

Located on a narrow strip of white beaches and crystal waters, Perdido Key is located in the Northwest Panhandle of Florida, between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama, and is one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of beach in Florida.
