ResortQuest at Majestic Sun offer high-rise condominiums in the Seascape Resort community with its 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, and eight tennis courts. This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall or Destin Commons, and all the Emerald Coasts many attractions. The resort features spacious and beautifully decorated condominium apartments with stunning Gulf views. This resort features a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool-heated from October to March, as well as cascading waterfalls and hot tubs for relaxing. All guests must check-in next door at 11125 US Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, Florida, 32550 -Surfside Resort. Check-in office is open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, other check-in material, as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest Majestic Sun. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
