Mike Ditka Resorts Runaway Beach Club

Stayed at Mike Ditka's Runaway Beach resort 2/28 - 3/2/11. Front desk was not very helpful, they first gave us keys to a room which was already occupied. We were told upon check-in that there were no poolside movies due to low occupancy (which was a disappointment to the 10 yr child we had with us), but when we asked for a villa with a porch we were told there were none available. Shuttle service times were not at all convenient to or from the parks so we ended up driving ourselves. Fitness center was not well equipped. We were told villa were set up for 8 persons but had to ask 3 times for extra towels for 4. Villa itself needed some updating. Lite in closet didn't work there was no cover on overhead lite/fan in master bedroom, bathrooms needed updating. Kitchen did not have a complete set of pots
