Will come back again

Back Again - Needs Modernizing
My wife and I and two kids have just got back from our regular vacation. We return because we love the beachfront location. Its got good access for the beach and the sunsets are awesome. Theres a new caretaker who maintains the place well, including the barbecue and the pool, but stays out of you...
