Bay Residences Overview

Guests of Los Suenos Resort and Marina enjoy all the world-class amenities. Within each gated community, you will find beautifully landscaped pool areas, Jacuzzis and barbeque facilities. From your luxury condominium, it is merely a short walk or golf cart ride to the shops and restaurants. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site Internet cafe, and private onsite laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.

Los Suenos is located in the Central Pacific Coast. Our guests have access to world-class sport fishing and cruising via the impressive charter fleet based out of Los Suenos Marina, as well as two very distinct national parks and numerous rainforest-based activities.

Additional Fees Collected By The Property During Stay:

At check-in, you are required to leave a USD 200.00 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.
