For instructions regarding your keys, code, passes and other check-in information, you must contact the office at 888-433-4762 during business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday in advance of check-in. Some important information about your hotel - what you should know - Minimum age required at check-in is 23. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Check in location is at 20 Executive Park Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29938. Any currency conversion for the above rates is based on the exchange rate today.
