Grand Caribbean by Youngs Sun Coast

Second trip back to the Grand Caribbean. The inside is extremely nice and it is across the street from the beach. Its a quiet place to stay and a great location to be at for an extended period of time. Other condos cost more and aren't even as close to as nice as these for the money. The condos are in a good location and its the only place that I consider making a reservation back when Im planning a beach trip, All different types of people will like staying here. There are smaller units for couples or larger units for the whole family.

I would have preferred a beach condo for the price that we ended up paying with the additional fees that were added on in addition to what we paid before we arrived. But the condo was find and the service was good. Upstairs could use an extra door to separate the rooms to create more privacy. Some of our party had children and it just felt like a little more separation for these specific families would have been helpful. Well check to make sure the unit has exactly what we need next time. Good condo, nice and clean place to stay.

Kind of run down. Needs remodeling. Furnishings sparse (utensils, cooking equipment etc) Pool was nice. The Wharf changes the game plan completely.

This was a pretty good vacation

even though the representative told us this property was on the beach its not. to get to the beach you have to cross a 4 lane highway and walk through a rocky lot with all your beach gear!

I want them to know the property is across the road from the beach, so they know what to expect

Had a wonderful time at this relaxing condo by the beach. It was an a good vacation. The condo was spacious, comfortable and we had everything that we needed. Ive already started recommeding it to family and friends and I recommend it to you too! You are just across the road from one of the best beaches that I have ever been to. We might get a bigger condo next time and bring more people back with us who are interested in relaxing on the beach. Our condo for our last trip was the perfect size for what we needed. Lots to walk to including restaurants and shops.

Condo was awesome. Bring your own toilet paper and dish soap, etc. Some amenities were provided but remember that you are staying at a condo of your own not a hotel room where these things are provided for you. Pool on the property was just OK but the state beach across the street was superb. We spent most of the time there and that is why we ended up liking our condo so much. The location. We could walk everywhere we needed to go and just loved the salty ocean air, clean sand, and turqoise water. It was a reallly nice beach.

The condos were a little worn out so if you want a really pristine place expect to pay a little more elsewhere. We liked the beach decorations and feel though. We had to buy our own beach equipment though because the supplies that came with the condo were old. The carpet could use a good cleaning and this place was supposed to be family friendly but all the dishes were glass. I don't think that is good for kids. We stayed in a room with a view so Id recommend getting a room on a high floor so that you can have a view of the ocean. Liked having a washer and dryer in the unit, the close location to the beach, and the pool and whirlpool at the condos.
