Boardwalk by Youngs Sun Coast

this condo was absolutely amazing. i was so satisfied with the room. it was clean, comfy and so relaxing what time we weren't on the beach and what more could i say about that view of the beach.me and my family really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning again.thanks for making our vacation so wonderful.

We recently stayed at the Boardwalk during our visit to the Shrimp Festival. The location of the condo is perfect. It is right next to Sea-N-Suds restaurant (home of great, fast seafood and the best Long Island Tea on the beach) and just a few blocks from the shrimp festival. There is a gift shop on the ground floor that sells some beach stuff (a great plastic net for sea shell or crab hunting) Sea-n-suds t-shirts and beer if you are interested. There is an outdoor pool with plenty of room to soak up the sun and great beach access, with a short walk down to the pier (currently under construction) There is parking directly in front of the hotel and overflow parking across the street. There is also a Surf Style shop directly across the beach in case you forgot something or need extra gear for the beach. There is a waffle house across the street and the pancake house about a block down (in the best western) for breakfast. The rooms vary as they are owned by different people and have different degrees of updating. Our room (a one bedroom condo) was nice and clean but not very updated. The decor was pretty plain but the appliances were new. Stackable washer/dryer made our stay great--since I only took one load of laundry home. The view from our balcony was wonderful. Our only complaints were the TV was small (not really what you come to the beach for anyway) and the bedroom was located directly by the hallway, hallway light and elevator. The noise from the hall was not bad, but we had to cover the window with a trashbag because the light was so bright. The rest of our family stayed in a two bedroom, two bath condo at the boardwalk which was exceptionally nice--wonderfully decorated with new granite countertops in the kitchen and a large television with a VCR and DVD player. Their unit had a full sized washer and dryer, a wonderful dishwasher and a very large pantry. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and the rates are very resonable. It is surrounded by larger, newer, more expensive condos (The lighthouse, Seawinds, and San Carlos) but we will probably continue to stay at the boardwalk.

We stayed at The Boardwalk it is centrally located to many places to eat and have fun. We stay there often and we always have a blast. I highly recommend Boardwalk. Boardwalk.

our group had four teenagers and us, two paretns. It worked out well for us and the condo ws well maintained, clean and fully equipped. we had no complaints!

We’ve stayed at the Boardwalk multiple times and love the location. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores since the 70’s, originally staying in the motel that was adjacent to the Boardwalk. When a condo building replaced it, we moved to the Boardwalk. The beach access is great, the Sea-N-Suds is so convenient, and if you can’t spend the day in the sun, you can shelter under the shade of the Sea-N-Suds. That’s what our granddaughter and her 2 sons did last year.

I was extremely surprised with the condo. It was nicely equipped with the things we needed. The location was right where we wanted to be, so my grandsons could enjoy the ocean view from the condo, and be close to other places of entertainment for them. It was decorated in very bright colors which made it very exciting, as 2 of my grandsons had never been to the ocean, or stayed in a condo before. They have always lived in the midwest, so this was a first for them. They wanted to stay longer, but we could only have the condo for 2 days as it was booked for the rest of the week. We are planning another trip in May so we may calling for reservations at your condos. Thank you for concern of our stay. We just wish it could have been longer.

WE WILL DEFINATLY RENT AT YOUNGS SUN COAST AGAIN! THE STAFF WAS GREAT. WHENEVER WE SAW A STAFF MEMBER THEY ASKED HOW ARE STAY WAS AND IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING FOR US. THE CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. THE DECOR WAS VERY COMFORTING AND MADE US FEEL WONDERFUL. WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN. THE BALCONY WAS NICE TO SIT AND HAVE MORNING COFFEE AND LISTEN TO THE WAVES. THE RESTURANT ON THE PROPERY HAD GOOD FOOD AT REASONABLE PRICES. WE HAD OUR CHILDREN WITH US AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANY FAMILY. WE HAD A THREE BEDROOM CONDO AND AND IT WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. THERE WAS SHOPPING AND RESTURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. PERFECT!

Great location being on the beach and close to eating places. Unit size is very nice but could use a little updating

This was a girls weekend getaway for four! We rented a two bedroom condo and we were on the 8th floor. The condo was absolutley beautiful. It was perfect for four of us to hang out in and really just enjoy the 4 days we were there. The Condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent alot of time on the balcony and truly loved it. The location of the Boardwalk is absolutely perfect! We couldn have picked a better location and it was priced lower than most we found so that was just an added bonus! We will certainly be back soon! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

It was a great view, nifty breeze and a great place to stay the service was a little off track but at the end of the week we had a great time!!

Not a bad trip!

The size of the unit is great. It is right on the beach with a great place to dine out right @ the door!

we stayed at the lighthouse, not the boardwalk and thank you very much for letting us have the room we had since you overbooked the boardwalk wich is were we were booked to stay. thanks again
