A rustic mountain retreat nestled in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Spa offers luxurious accomodations for all visitors. Our units range from cozy studios to spacious five-bedroom suites. Most of our villas feature mountain views, fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, fireplace and washer/dryer. Additionally, the abundance of onsite amenities includes the 60,000-square-foot Wild Bear Falls water park, the award-winning Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Mason Jar Lounge, two seasonal heated outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a 24-hour fitness center and the 24-hour Smoky Mountain Marketplace. Escape to the new Serenity Spa by Westgate and indulge in a mountain hot stone massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. Please note that local and toll free phone calls are USD 0.75 each. Fees for WiFi Internet- USD 9.99 one day, USD 24.99 three days, and USD 39.99 7 days. Fees also apply for outgoing faxes and computer use. Our resort is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 cats or dogs not to exceed 60 lbs. each. For any pets, there is a refundable USD 75.00 deposit required, to be refunded if there is no damage upon check-out. There is also a non-refundable USD 80.00 cleaning fee, if bringing a pet. Fees and policies do not apply to registered service animals.

We are adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the largest national park east of the Rockies. We are also conveniently located close to great family attractions such as Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies and Dollywood theme park.
