The ResortQuest Rentals at Crystal Sands is situated directly on the beach. It is less than a mile from the Okaloosa County Airport and the Pensacola Regional Airport, five miles from Destin City, and 13 miles from the Okaloosa Walton College. All condominiums have beautiful views of the dazzling white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from large private balconies. Condominiums are located in two low-rise buildings. The resort also offers a large outdoor pool, soft beaches, and barbecue grills. This condominium offers one bedroom and one and a half baths units or two-bedroom plus loft and two bath units as well as fully equipped kitchens. The convenience of the bunk bed alcoves are available in the one bedroom units. The condominium is equipped with two TVs, a VCR, and a DVD player. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
