Our gated community helps to ensure that the white sandy beaches of Destin are not crowded. This property has only 24 condos sitting right on the water. Park directly in front of your condo, and walk out to the beach. Your rental comes with complimentary beach service in season. Dip your toes in the sand and let the warm Florida sun melt away your worries. Minimum check-in age is 25. Guests must check-in at 3100 Scenic Hwy. Please note that the resort does not allow pets.

Our condo was cozy and spotless and had a FULLY stocked kitchen and nice leather lazy boys als well as two other comfortable chairs. The 52" pasma TV was a huge bonus. The bed was moderately comfortable and there was even a desk setup witha leather executive chair and free wi-fi service. the bat...
