Grand Crowne Resort

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Crowne Resort on our Anniversary in January. I was a little nervous having booked online and worried that it wouldn't be anythin like the pictures. We found the condo to be wonderful. It had plenty of room and having the kitchen was nice in the mornings when we wanted to make breakfast. When we go on vacation we like to hang out at the room and relax and the condo was perfect for us. We did have trouble registering when we first got there.We didn't realize we had to go somewhere else to check in. Having said that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!!! We will be back!!!

We booked a condo online for The Carriage Place, everything went well at check in and we were given directions to the condo. The condo itself was just ok, very small and furnishings were 'cheep'; however we enjoyed our stay, it was clean and for the price would probably stay again. We particularly were pleased by the open Bible and the scripture prayer lying on it. The surprise came when I went to check out. The clerk could not find me in the system and asked me for my reservation number. She checked and said, "Oh you were not in The Carriage Place, you were in The Grand Crown." I had specifically reserved The Carriage Place but the resort made a switch. I was upset but just let things stand as they were.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. we appreciated the open Bible and a prayer for us as we entered. The area was beautiful and restful and also quiet. We were close to attractions and places to dine.

A very nice place to stay. We were very pleased with everything and hope to stay there again when we return to Branson.

We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the unit we rented. Also amazed at the furnishings in the kitchen-- everything you needed to prepare a nice meal, if so desired. We were happy to have a nice size indoor swimming pool.

The Grand Crown Resort, premium one bedroom condo, was one of the nicest condos that we have stayed in. The bed mattress was great. The condo was very roomy and had everythng that we needed. I would stay here again. The checkin went smoothly.

The lodging was beautiful and staff was very friendly. However, they confirmed to me the week before that we would have the units side by side and when we got htere they were on different floors which was a little inconvenient.

the condo we were was well furnished and very cleanl.. it was nest to a very good goff course which i injoyed very well.

The two bedroom condo was very spacious with a beautiful interior, great playground for small children, and conviently located. I will reserve again, if I return to Branson.

Everything was nice and clean; very pretty rooms.

This was our first trip to Branson and we found finding the registration desk a major pain. The condos said and indoor and outdoor pool but the outdoor pool has not been built and the indoor is very , very noisey. The condos are comfortable but the noise from condo to condo is loud, not noisey people just regular noise seemed to be magnified. The master bedrooms have a jacuzzi tub and we could hear our neightbors filling and using theirs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient. The room was very spacious, like staying in an apartment. It was also quiet. There was no road noise or people noise. We felt like we were the only ones there. Would stay there again.

We had a great time and loved the rooms! The large in-room tubs were a hit and everything was clean, organized, and well-cared for. Having two units connected worked out great for our group. We plan to make our trip to Branson an annual event and will request the same rooms/rentals each year. Keep up the good work!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your resort. The accomodations and views were great. It was also a good value for what you get. I look forward to coming back in the future when the club house is completed. It will really be a treat then.

Great place to stay!

this was a good location in Branson. It was close to lots of amenities. We didnt visit the pool because we were too busy doing other things in Branson. I was going to take a tour of the condos but since my husband wasnt with me, they wouldnt let me take the tour and I had paid a $20.00 deposit to hold me spot and when they told me I couldnt take the tour I had to go another place to get my $20.00 back and I had givin them cash and they gave me a check to pay me back. I didn't think that was right. Overall I liked the rental. It was very big and lots of bathrooms. The furniture was a little old and out dated, but overall it was nice. I was staying with my daugher and her husband and my grand children and they were gone from the condo most of the time. We could have gotten by with a hotel room, but we would have to have gotten two rooms and this condo allowed us to stay together. Overall it was a good value.

We stayed at the Grande Crowne Resort last and enjoyed it very much so we wanted to come back to the same location. Everyone we dealt with at check in and on the phone were great. The rooms were great and the amenities were great also. It was close to the attractions we wanted to see. The only problem that we had (which we told someone on the phone) was that the carpets were very dirty. We came to that conclusion within the first few hours there after our 2 small grandchildren (3 and 14 months, played in the living area with their socks & shoes off. We noticed the bottoms of their feet were black. We first thought that it would be from the tile in the kitchen area (where they had played also). However, after washing the tile we saw that it was clean. If you shampoo the carpets, you have a 100% great place to stay. We enjoyed our time there.

This property was absolutely outstanding. The unit we rented was a one king-size bedroom condo. It was completely comfortable, clean, and centrally located for all of the places we wanted to visit. As soon as we registered our arrival, we were pointed into the direction of Christine who helped us decide on the shows we wanted to see while there. All of the shows were wonderful. All of the people connected with the Grand Crowne were professional and very knowledgeable. This includes the people in housekeeping. Everyone and everything was in place to enable us to have the relaxing and enjoyable vacation that we were hoping for. Thanks to your site for recommending this vacation stay.

The size of the condo was nice. It was nice to have a bedroom seperate from the living area and sleeper sofa. Very nice and very large 2-person jacuzzi tub in bedroom. Furnishings a little outdated and uncomfortable. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable, even for a 13 year old. We booked a last minute special rate...we would not pay the full price rate, as it would not be worth it, in our opinion.

This was our first trip to Branson. We have a family of 5 and everyone had a great time. The location of the condos was very convenient to a wide range of activities. The rooms were very nice and well furnished. We actually had two connecting rooms and I was very happy with the room layout, size of rooms and the price was great. Also, the resort hosted a 4th of July party and fireworks show that we all enjoyed. It would be nice to have an outdoor pool and please be aware that the indoor pool deck was dangerously slippery. We certainly recommend this location for others traveling to Branson. The people working and the guests were all friendly - an enjoyable place to stay.

The condo was suprisingly quiet forthe most part. We could hear the people next to us talking through the walls. Kitchen was not stocked with enough pans for cooking. The rooms were clean except for the tub.

best place I have stayed for the money. We have already recommended this to other friends and family. We will definitely be staying here again or in one of your properties.

Our rental was very nice. We enjoyed the time we spent there. We would run around all day and then enjoy the accomodations in the evening. The grounds were beautiful so my husband walked around the complex every morning. We were staying in the complex when Branson was having the tornados in the area. Your alarm system came on and we appreciated being made aware of the weather. The tornado came within 6 miles of the Branson but never touched down. That was a little more excitement than we bargained for but all was well when we left the next morning. Your employees were very helpful when ask directions or if we needed any extra supplies. Thank you for the beautiful accomodations.

Our family had a great time here

The staff was very attentive when I needed some items for my children. I requested a high chair which was provided immediately but it was dirty and we had to give it a good cleaning before we could use it. We were not pleased that the continental breakfast was not on site. We had to drive a mile away early in the morning with two small children which was not what we considered fun while we were supposed to be on vacation. Ended up buying food to make breakfast in the room which wasn't ideal either. Should have known beforehand that the breakfast was not at the property.

Make sure they check the rooms for NON SMOKING! It was supposed to be but someone had smoked in the unit and that was aggrivating. We came as a family and they didn't have any other 3 bedroom units available. The cleaning people should notice these things and report them before the guests arrive. It was also a little short on kitchen supplies I thought.

It was just average compared to other times that weve been to Branson. We didn't plan on doing much, it was just a quick vacation. It was comfortable but there could have been more to do at the resort since we really only wanted to relax. Problem at check in and check out. Check in was okay, but they ended up ending our reservation a day earlier than we planned so we had to let them know that we paid for the extra day which was a bit of a disturbance to the peace. We had a good meal at the fish place by the landing. Id recommend that you try it.

Two Bedroom Was Nice And Clean. It Had Every Things That We Expected In a Hotel Room. When We Stayed Our First Night The Next Door Neighbors Had The TV Up Very Loud As It Wood So We Had To Call Security. The Man Responded Quickly And Asked Neighbors To Turn Down The TV. It Was Then We Realize That It Was The TV We Just Thought It Was Very Loud In The Room Next Door. It Was A Good Stay And There Was Nothing About It That Would Not Have Us Stay Again. We Like Where It Was Located And Would Stay Again.

Clean and spacious place to stay. Had a good time. Our vacation was just what we expected it to be and the staff was friendly and accomidating. We had everything that we need and slept comfortably in our room.

We liked our room and very much enjoyed our stay in Branson. it really was a pleasant place to take a vacation and relax. All of the resort amenities were appreciated.
