This over a mile long walkway will host all of the beach-side shops you could hope for plus some "carnivalesque" extras. Hoping to not only boost the economy in this area, Myrtle Beach is looking to get "more on the map" as a favorite family vacation spot.
The City Councill is still in the process of meeting to decide what should and should not go into the large and lengthy construction stages. Residents and avid vacationers have mixed feelings about the carnival theme idea that is being presented. Above everything else, this beach town is looking to make their stays a little more memorable.
