One of the highlights of the calendar of events in Mammoth in California is the Parallax Snowcat Dinners, which run during the winter season, starting on December 18th – 20th, 2009.
It’s a high altitude adventure followed by gourmet dining. The evening begins with a champagne reception and then a ride up Mammoth Mountain on a luxury snowcat to the Parallax Restaurant at the Main Lodge.
The finest American cuisine is served and then it’s a snowcat ride back down the mountain. Dinner is three courses and there is an extensive wine menu and a full bar.
Reservations are required in advance.
Tickets are $79 for Adults, $29 for Children (12 and under).
Seatings are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and during holiday periods.
Following the first dates, December 18th – 20th, 2009 and December 26th – December 30th, 2009, other dates are available in January, February, March, and April, 2010.
